2008 US House Elections

Elections for all Representatives are held in every even-numbered year, on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November. Representatives and delegates serve for two-year terms, while the Resident Commissioner serves for four years. Once elected, a representative continues to serve until the expiry of his term, death, or resignation.
